1- Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all work carried out by Prep & Pour Concrete (“we”, “our”, “us”) for the client (“you”, “your”). By accepting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2- Scope of Work

Work will be completed as detailed in the final approved quote. Any changes or additional requests may result in revised pricing and timeframes.

3- Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those initially assessed or described.

4- Payment Terms

Payment details will be outlined in your quote. In most cases:

  • A deposit is required before work begins

  • Progress payments may apply for larger jobs

  • Final payment is due on completion

Non-payment may result in project delays or recovery action.

5- Access and Site Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring clear site access. This includes removing obstacles, providing access for machinery, and ensuring the area is safe. Delays due to site access issues may incur additional charges.

6- Weather and Delays

While we strive to stay on schedule, delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other external factors are sometimes unavoidable. We’ll communicate any changes promptly and reschedule as needed.

7- Workmanship and Materials

We use industry-standard methods and quality materials. Minor surface variation, cracking, or discolouration may occur and are not considered defects in concrete work.
